Airliance Materials Expands Roscoe Musselwhite's Executive VP Role
Latest promotion part of structuring the Company’s management team for accelerated growth

CHICAGO, IL. (March 22, 2004)… AirLiance Materials’ CEO David Sisson announced today that Roscoe Musselwhite’s role as Executive Vice President has been expanded to include all business operations including Sales, Products and Technical Services, Human Resources, Operations, and Information Systems. In his newly expanded role, Mr. Musselwhite continues to report to Mr. Sisson.
Mr. Musselwhite originally joined AirLiance’s management team early in the company’s formation as VP of Marketing and Sales and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2000. Prior to joining AirLiance, Mr. Musselwhite was Vice President of Marketing and Engineering at Dexter Tool, West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Musselwhite’s distinguished career has also included management, technical and sales positions with Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engine Division of United Technologies Corporation.
According to Mr. Sisson, Mr. Musselwhite’s role was expanded in recognition of, “The role he played in evolving the operational strategy that propelled AirLiance into its current leadership role while achieving 30% growth per year even through the tough market conditions of the past three years.” He added, “His role expansion is part of an overall initiative to streamline operations and operations management to meet even more accelerated growth in the future.”
