Jean Simmons Promoted to Vice President, Product and Technical Services of AirLiance Materials

Leading Commercial Aviation Spare Parts Supplier Sees Growth on the Horizon, New Position is Part of Overall Company Initiative to Prepare for it

CHICAGO, IL. (April 12th, 2004) … AirLiance Materials’ Executive Vice President Roscoe announced today that Jean Simmons has been elevated to the newly created position of Vice President, Product and Technical Services. In her new role, Ms. Simmons continues to report directly to Mr. Musselwhite and assumes overall product responsibility for engine products, airframe products, and technical services. In addition, Ms. Simmons is Sales Director, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia and is responsible for all Sales, Programs and Support activity in those regions.

Mrs. Simmons initially joined AirLiance Materials’ management team early in the company’s formation as Director of Airframe Programs (November of 1998) and was promoted to Director of Programs in 2000. Prior to joining AirLiance, Mrs. Simmons was Director, Commercial Jet Rotables at AAR Allen Aircraft, in Wood Dale, Illinois.

According to Mr. Musselwhite, this promotion was in recognition of the key role Mrs. Simmons has played in the growth of AirLiance Materials. “Jean’s leadership, loyalty and dedication to AirLiance Materials have been true assets in the development of our organization, and her ‘hands- on’ approach has helped to propel AirLiance into its current position of industry-leading spare parts provider.” He added, “We’re currently aligning our management team to allow our company to best respond to our customers’ evolving and increasing spare parts outsourcing requirements as the industry turns around”.
