Airliance Materials Expands Regional Jet Market Support

Company's First Purchase and Teardown of CF34 Signals Things To Come

CHICAGO, IL (April 27, 2003) - AirLiance Materials, an industry leading supplier of replacement parts and related value-added services to the air transport industry, has announced that it is in process of expanding its support of regional air carriers and other operators of regional jets to include engine components. As part of that expansion effort, the company has successfully completed its first purchase and teardown of a CF34 engine for the subsequent resale of its engine components. Prior to now, the company's activities had been primarily focused on airframe related components for regional air carriers.

According to David Sisson, President and CEO, "The successful purchase, teardown of our first CF34 is an important landmark for the company. We are in the process of growing our resources to support the regional jet market in the future, and the success of this initial pilot program reaffirms our commitment to regional jet operators. It is our goal to support these operators and independent MROs serving this market with the same kind of supply-chain services that have proved so valuable to our existing customer base."

Roscoe Musselwhite, Executive Vice President of AirLiance, added, "The expansion of our services in the regional jet sector of our market has been planned since inception and is a natural progression for AirLiance. This market has always been considered to be squarely on our growth path, and we anticipate being able to provide regional operators the same level of support by the end of the year."
