Jeff Green, CFO, Assumes Additional Duties as VP of Operations for AirLiance Materials

Chicago, IL (August 2, 2000) ‹ Jeff Green, Chief Financial Officer for AirLiance Materials, has assumed additional duties as VP of Operations. In this role, he will oversee the warehouse operations at the worldwide headquarters of AirLiance Materials in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Green will report to David J. Sisson, President and CEO of AirLiance, and will be responsible for all aspects of the venture's financial operations and inventory management. According to Mr. Sisson, "Company expansion requires someone who is a strategic thinker and asset manager directing warehouse operations. Jeff has these qualities and will continue to be instrumental in achieving company goals and objectives."

Before coming to AirLiance Materials, Mr. Green was Manager-Marketing and Planning Asset Management for United Airlines. He has also been Manager-Business Development for United Airlines Services, and has served in other positions since he joined the airline in 1988.

Established in 1998, AirLiance Materials is a joint company formed by United Airlines, Air Canada, and Lufthansa Technik. It is the exclusive supplier of high quality, traceable, surplus parts to its partner airlines. AirLiance Materials operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. AirLiance Materials offers a wide range of supply chain related products and services for its partner and customer airlines. Products and services include material sales, sourcing, repair management services, parts exchanges, parts kitting and AOG, and Just-In-Time services.

Headquartered in its 187,000-square-foot facility, AirLiance Materials is located at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago. The company offers its products and services through an international network of offices around the world and their e-commerce site www.airliance.com.
