Roscoe Musselwhite Named Executive VP at AirLiance Materials

Chicago, IL (August 8, 2000) - David Sisson, President and CEO of AirLiance Materials, has appointed Roscoe Musselwhite to Executive Vice President. Mr. Musselwhite will report to Mr. Sisson and will direct all Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Programs, and Sourcing activities for the company.

Mr. Musselwhite has been VP of Marketing and Sales for AirLiance since January 1999. Prior to joining AirLiance, Mr. Musselwhite was Vice President of Marketing and Engineering at Dexter Tool, West Palm Beach, FL. At Dexter Tool, he was responsible for marketing, sales, and technical products for the company's new parts manufacturing and FAA/JAA overhaul and repair businesses.

Mr. Musselwhite began his career at the Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engine Division of United Technologies Corporation. During his 21-years with the company, he rose through successively at responsible positions in engineering, project management, and international business development for the commercial, military and space propulsion business units.

According to Mr. Sisson, This expansion of responsibility and organizational alignment will improve management efficiency by eliminating dual reporting relationships. His prior successful track record at AirLiance, business acumen, and background in this industry are key attributes in naming him to this position.

These products and services include material sales, sourcing, repair management services, parts exchanges, parts kitting and AOG, and Just-In-Time services.
